Our plant, located at Km 7.7 Vía Daule, Guayaquil, Ecuador, is our operations center, the place where we produce our feed. As a top shrimp feed manufacturer in Ecuador, our products go through rigorous quality control processes to ensure they have a high nutritional content and meet the global standards by which we operate. To accomplish this arduous task, our plant has specialized feed manufacturing equipment, which according to the parameters of our Quality Control Handbook, allows:

Our plant is internationally known as one of the most modern and best equipped feed manufacturing plants in Latin America. It has three production lines equipped with two mixers for different products, and we also have specialized equipment for each stage of the process. We have four pellets, two of which are exclusive for shrimp manufacturing.

Pelletizing technology is unique for each type of shrimp feed. The plant also has three packing machines to bag the feed from the three production lines. To ensure that our products meet all quality standards, production is subject to various microbiological tests, which take place in our high-tech laboratories and are performed by our quality assurance department.

The whole production process is fully automated.
